HOW STAKEHOLDER CENTERED COACHING WORKS
Initial Assessment
-
Data is gathered via in-depth conversations, interviews, and/or 360° assessments of leadership behaviors to identify the target behavioral development goal(s) and inform areas for growth
-
The "right" Stakeholders-- direct reports, peers, managers-- are chosen to participate in the process and to provide ongoing input throughout
Action Planning
-
An Action Plan is developed based on Stakeholders' feedback
-
Formal monthly check-ins with Stakeholders provide behavioral reinforcement and input for plan refinement and to gauge progress towards achievement of goals
"After Action" Assessment
-
Two brief mini-surveys are completed by Stakeholders to assess progress towards the identified behavioral goal
-
These mini-surveys are conducted at the halfway point and at the end of the engagement
-
They provide measurable results, and help identify any necessary adjustments for the future
